MediVisuals is Honored With National Awards

Each year the Association of Medical Illustrators (AMI) holds a juried salon exhibiting the best work of its members. The work is entered in various categories and judged by a panel of respected colleagues. Criteria for judging not only includes the aesthetic quality of the illustration, but also the anatomical accuracy, and the illustration's effectiveness in communicating a specified message.

In 2006, MediVisuals' illustrators were honored by the receipt of four awards for their medical-legal illustrations (once again sweeping the medical-legal category). MediVisuals' powerful and persuasive illustrations have consistently continued to win multiple awards over the years. Since the inception of the medical-legal category in 1985, the highest award in the category has only been presented fourteen times. MediVisuals' illustrators have been honored with the award thirteen of those fourteen times. MediVisuals' illustrations developed for medical texts, medical journals, and advertising as well as their animations have also received national awards.
