  • Ask for examples of their work specifically pertaining to your case. If they don’t have examples, they may not have experience in that area.

 

 

 

  • There are many styles of illustrating, and attorneys have different ideas on which style is most effective. If you are not sure, a focus group is a good way to determine what will be effective.
